Winds of Change necklace...

Do you know what the biggest spiritual challenge of the Heart is?.....  To embrace change.

Change is the one thing that you can count on; it is constant and unending. Often it’s met with fear, and resistance, and attempts to try and create the appearance or feeling of stability and constancy. So our challenge is learning to stay fluid, learning to bend without breaking, meeting change with courage, keeping our hearts open in the middle of it all. These are aspects of the heart.

While change is constant, there are also times in our life where the change is larger and more powerful. Well, the winds of change are blowing, my friend. Yes, they are. It’s a time of powerful change, both on the individual and global level. If we become rigid in response, trying to dig our heels in, holding on to the past, we will “break” in the wind. Know that if you relax, and trust that you will move in the right direction, you can be carried by the wind, buoyed by it. Know you’ll land on your feet (and even if you don’t, so what?, you can just get up and brush yourself off and get on with it). Think Mary Poppins! She always arrives on the winds of change (calm and collected in the midst of it all), and when it’s time to leave, the winds of change carry her to the next place she needs to be. It’s always perfect action in the perfect timing. She trusts in that.

The colors in the necklace are light, and the silver is light-catching. Light like the wind through wind-chimes.
